CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019
COOMBSVILLE, NAPA VALLEY.
The highly concentrated fruit from our neighbor's four acres, nestled below Mt. George, comprises 98% of the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal to create our structured, full bodied wine with silky tannins. From just south of Staggs Leap, we blended another estate Cabernet Sauvignon at 2% to complete an impressive expression of a wine indigenous to this special Napa Valley region.
Representing our winemaker's vision and characteristics of Coombsville terroir, the dark cherry and blue fruits ascend from the glass and carry over into the initial sip. The bold fruits are balanced with graphite, a cut of sage, leather and a dusting of cocoa and oak. Allow this wine to open and enioy. Or, let it rest and age for another 10 years, allowing you time to share with more friends and family.
